Standard Return Policy 

This is our Detailed Standard Return Policy. Unless another return policy is indicated, products sold by SkiDooOutlet.com and Centre Sports are covered by this Standard Return Policy. 

  • Our return policy is that all returns must be made within 30 days of the shipment receipt. Products ordered from October 1st through December 5th can be return through January 5th.
  • Your order number is your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number. For an exchange please contact us to ensure we have the item you would like to exchange for.
  • All returns and exchanges must be unworn, with tags attached and in their original condition of sale.
  • All returnsor exchangesitems that are received with hair, dirt, ink, pet odor, smoke odor, or anything not present when the package was shipped will NOT BE ACCEPTED. Unacceptable returns can be shipped back at the customer's expense or they will be abandoned with no refund!
  • We do not pay for shipping on exchanged items back to our store!
  • All baseball style hats must be returned in a box at least 6" tall! No envelopes or flat boxes! No crushed hats will be accepted!
  • SkiDooOutlet.com & Centre Sports strongly recommends using a traceable means of shipment for your returned items as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Orders will ship to the continetial US for $6.99 or less, orders over $99 will ship standard ground for free.

 

SKIDOOOUTLET.COM SHIPPING POLICY 

SkiDooOutlet.com will ship orders generally the next business day after the order is placed.  If an item is out of stock at the time of order SkiDooOutlet.com will ship the entire order when it is complete (Generally no more than 5-7 days after the order is placed). SkiDooOutlet.com will notify customer via email as soon as possible with any shipping delays more than 2-3 days and possibly make alternate arrangements. SkiDooOutlet.com cannot guarantee the accuracy of its online inventory. SkiDooOutlet.com cannot guarantee delivery dates due to shippers' irregularities, i.e bad weather. 

 

SHIP TO ADDRESS DIFFERENT THAN BILLING ADDRESS. 

TO PROTECT OUR CUSTOMERS AND SkiDooOutlet.com ORDERS THAT REQUEST SHIPPED TO ADDRESS DIFFERENT THAN THE BILLING ADDRESS MUST BE VERIFIED BY SkiDooOutlet.com. IF THE SHIPPING ADDRESS CANNOT BE VERIFIED THE ORDER WILL BE SHIPPED TO THE BILLING ADDRESS. ALL ORDERS WITH DIFFERENT SHIP TO ADDRESS MUST INCLUDED A DAYTIME PHONE NUMBER.  FOR ALL ORDERS SHIPPED TO FREIGHT/SHIPPING FORWARDING COMPANIES.  CENTRE SPORTS AND SKIDOOOUTLET.COM ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SHIPMENT ONLY TO THE SHIPPING ADDRESS LISTED ON THE ORDER.  IF YOUR ARE USING SUCH COMPANIES REQUIRE THEM TO OPEN THE PACKAGE AND VERIFY THE ORDER BEFORE IT IS FORWARDED.  WE RECEIVE NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS EVERY YEAR ABOUT MISSING ITEMS IN ORDERS WHEN SUCH COMPANIES ARE USED.    

NOTE TO ALL NON-US RESIDENTS

 All orders must include a phone number for customs. Duties, Tariffs, and Brokerage fees will be due on your purchases at the time of delivery of your purchase.  SkiDooOutlet.com does not and cannot collect these additional fees they are collected by the shipper at delivery of your purchase.  Your country and shipper determine these additional fees not SkiDooOutlet.com, failure to pay these fees does not constitute non-delivery on SkiDooOutlet.com, your purchase will not be refunded.  SkiDooOutlet.com cannot mark your order as a gift to bypass this cost. 

Additionally, your purchase may take as much or longer than two weeks, typically 3-5 days to clear your countries customs office, this is above and beyond the actual in transit shipping time typically 6-10 business days.  

Note to Overseas customers.  Transit time from the USA to your country maybe more than four weeks not including time to clear your customs office, which can be more than 4-6 weeks.  There are no tracking updates from the time a shipment leaves the United States until the shipment clears customs in your country.  Your shipment may appear to not have left the United States due to the lake of tracking updates.

 

Note on First Class Mail.  Tracking updates only for pickup and delivery.  First Class Mail is the slowest mail type.

 

UPS does not delivery to P.O. Boxes. 


If you select UPS for delivery for your order and only provide a P.O. Box your order will ship USPS.

Sticky Haze or Foggy Appearance on Inside of Electric Visors/Lens Affected Visors:  Modular2 or 3 and BV2S helmets with electric visors.  Replacement electric visors for Modular2 or 3 and BV2S.  Helium and Adrenaline electric goggles.
 
Problem Description:  Visors/Lens may develop a sticky haze or a foggy appearance on the inside surface. Do not wipe a visor/lens when cold, it could potentially scratch the inside of the visor/lens. The visor is not considered “at room temperature” when turned on.
How to Fix and Prevent it: Perform these steps on all (new or used) affected visors/lenses before your next ride. Be careful not to apply soap to the seal between inner and outer lens. Note: There is no anti-scratch coating on the inside of the visor/lens.
 
WARNING: Never use petroleum based chemicals, solvents, gasoline, cleaning agents or adhesives to clean the shell, liners or visors of your helmet. Your helmet shell, liner and visors may be seriously damaged by the use of such product.
 
Wash and dry the visor, as per following steps:
1. With the visor at room temperature, use a soft cloth damped with hot water to apply (without pressure) liquid mild hand soap to the inside surface.
2. Wipe clean with a dry cloth (side to side, avoiding circular motion).
